My recent stay at Holiday Inn Hazlet was a mix of highs and lows. the convenient location near markets and restaurants was great for my daughter's basketball game, but the disappointment of limited breakfast options and housekeeping issues left a sour note. Despite the clean property and friendly staff, the lack of attention to detail like the bathroom patch and inadequate room supplies was a letdown. The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi access and a heated outdoor pool, making for a comfortable stay. However, the missed opportunities with breakfast service and room upkeep detracted from the overall experience. While the surrounding area offers attractions like Monmouth Park Racetrack and Freehold Raceway Mall, the onsite restaurant's inconsistencies were a downside for us. In conclusion, Holiday Inn Hazlet has the potential to be a top choice with its convenient location and comfortable facilities, but improvements in service quality and attention to room maintenance are needed to elevate the guest experience.
